In the admin menu, go to:
Basic Configuration -> Text-to-Speech -> Amazon AWS.
Here, you need to modify three parameters: Access Key, Secret Access Key, and Region.
For instructions on how to obtain these three parameters, please refer to Amazon AWS Speech Recognition.

Through online testing, you can preview the voice quality of different speakers.
