Deepgram

Deepgram is a U.S.-based ASR/TTS provider. Its products are specifically optimized for phone call scenarios, offering more accurate speech recognition and extremely fast response times.

First, register an account at: www.deepgram.com. By default, the account includes $200 in free credits.
After the account is created successfully, create an API key in Deepgram, copy it, and enter it in the Deepgram ASR Configuration page in easycallcenter365.

In addition, Deepgram also provides service endpoints in Europe, making it a good choice for users serving the European market.
The European service endpoint is: 

wss://api.eu.deepgram.com/v1/listen

 

In the easycallcenter365 admin portal, go to menu: 
Basic Configuration -> Speech To Text-> Amazon Aws.

Here, you need to modify two parameters: API Key and Server URL.
For users in the United States, you only need to modify the API Key.
